I bought like 14gms of Dino egss. I and my friend ate maybe like 1.5g/person which turned out to be a really heavy dose based on these shrooms being strongest. Well, I know it depends from person to person but maybe you can guys can recommend how much to eat based on the shrooms potency and if the person is having it for the first time or had it before. The visuals and sound enhancement were crazy. Cheers!
